Join Women Embrace Adventure on this morning walk along the banks of Newcastle Harbour, finishing up at Cafe Momo to share a beautiful lunch. 

About this Adventure:

Our 8 km walk takes us from the Newcastle/Wickham Interchange along Newcastle Harbour Waterfront, past Nobby's Beach and out to amazing Nobby's Headland. After a scenic photo or ten we'll make our way back to Momo Wholefoods to share lunch and a cool drink. 

Cafe Momo is one of our favs. It offers healthy, casual dining in a beautiful heritage building in the heart of Newcastle with nourishing fresh vegetarian and vegan wholefoods in a beautiful, welcoming space

Date: Friday 5th  March 2021

Meeting Time: 10:15 for 10:30 start

Meeting Point: Newcastle/Wickham Train Interchange. More details on meeting point will be sent in the confirmation email.  

Maximum Numbers: 12 plus your WEA guides

Fitness Level: for all fitness levels

Distance: we will walk approximately 8 kms on flat pathways 

Cost: $55

What are the requirements for this adventure?

This event is for women over the age of 18

What do I need to bring?

-enclosed walking shoes 

-sun screen/bug spray

-any personal medications you may need (asthma puffer/epi-pen etc)

-waterproof jacket (in case of cold/ wet weather)

-water

How fit do I need to be? This adventure is for all fitness levels. 

What if I don’t have anyone to go with?  No problem at all, there is always a Women Embrace Adventure host to make sure everyone meets before we set off. By the end of the day, we are sure you would have found some new friends.​
