About The Adventure

This Hike is a women’s only guided hike along the Yuelarbah Walking Track in Glenrock State Conservation area with 2 Women Embrace Adventure hosts leading the way.

About the Hike: The walk is a hosted 6 - 7km walk commencing at a raised boardwalk, the scenic track leads you along Flaggy Creek, through wet gullies and coastal rainforest, and if that’s not enough, you'll pass 2 waterfalls (dependant on rainfall) before stumbling across the beautiful Glenrock Lagoon. Take some time to take in the sights and sounds of the beach and then we climb to the top of the hill to see a spectacular view of the beach from above. From the beach, we will walk back along the fire trails and meet back up to the Yuelarbah track and back to the carpark. This walk is a moderate track including some short steep hills, boardwalks, bush tracks and quite a few steps both up and down. Don’t worry we are in no rush so just take your time.  If in doubt, check with your doctor about your suitability.  Your hosts are Wilderness first aid qualified.
