About The Adventure
What better way to start the day than with a brisk early morning walk with a bunch of fabulous women?
Join us for an early morning Friday Walk, Talk and Coffee along the foreshore at Warners Bay.
It's a flat 7.3 km walk on a paved walkway along the beautiful Lake Macquarie shoreline. We'll set a steady pace to get our heart rate up and finish off with coffee and a chat at the end - sometimes, we even stay for breakfast. If you do need to rush off after the walk, grab a takeaway.

Meeting Point: Warners Bay Foreshore; we'll send the exact location in a confirmation email. Meet us at 6:25 am so we can head off at 6:30 am.
