About The Adventure
Sharon and Kat will be completing a two-day Remote First Aid course in Swansea, and we’d love to invite women from our community to join us.
Remote first aid is a fantastic skill for bushwalkers and anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether you’re walking with family or friends, it can help you feel more confident and prepared if someone becomes unwell or injured in a location where medical assistance may not be immediately available.
COURSE DETAILS
Dates: Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October 2026
Time: Arrive by 7.45 am on Day 1. The course runs from approximately 8.00 am to 5.30 pm each day.
