You can also park out side the reserve free of charge and and walk in if that suits better.

About the Hike: Blackbutt Circuit Walk is a 6.5km, moderate graded walk. The hike should take approximately 2 hrs to complete. This walk is a good longer option walking experience at Blackbutt Reserve and visits the two larger picnic areas of Richley Reserve and Carnley Reserve as well as the Lily pond and Rain Forest picnic areas. A highlight to this walk is the side trip to the Wildlife Exhibits at Carnley Reserve.

After the Hike: We'll meet at The Euro Patisserie for a coffee or cold drink and some beautiful Euro Patisserie goodies. This is included in your price.

Cost: $35 including guided hike followed by a lite morning tea at The Euro Patisserie. Payment due in full upon booking. Pay Pal or direct credit card accepted through our secure site.

I haven’t done this before, will I be fit enough? This hike covers easy to moderate levels of terrain, most is flat and paved but there are a few moderate hills and stairs so we recommend having a moderate level of fitness so you can enjoy your surroundings.  No one gets left behind, with 2 guides we will have one at the front and one at the end to support all hikers, don’t worry, we aren't in a rush so we can take our time and enjoy this beautiful spot. If in doubt about your ability, check with your doctor about your suitability. We are Wilderness first aid qualified. This trail is not handicapped accessible at this time and pets are not allowed.

Do I need to bring anything with me? Just make sure you wear a comfortable pair of joggers or hiking boots, a hat, sunscreen, bug spray and bring along a water bottle with at least 2 litres of water and a hat and sunscreen. We'll bring some snacks and a first aid kit.

What if I don’t have anyone to go with? No problem at all, there are 2 Women Embrace Adventure hosts to make sure everyone is introduced before we set off. By the end of the hike we're sure you would have found some new friends!

Booking terms and Conditions: Payment for hikes are final once you receive a confirmation email.  No refunds will be given. This is an all weather event.  For full T&C see our webpage.
