Join us for a beautiful spring paddle out to the Sand Islands, with morning tea, plenty of time on the water and great company. A pretty perfect way to spend a Sunday morning on Lake Macquarie. Spots are limited, so grab yours and come paddle with us!

Join us and Embrace Kayaking. This half-day venture sees us paddling in the most southern part of Lake Macquarie, across beautiful bays, down creeks and under roads through pipe lines. This is a fantastic adventure that includes all kayak equipment and instruction, morning tea and lots of laughs.

Join Women Embrace Adventure and walk from Patonga to Pearl Beach and back again - about a 9km round trip. This walk explores a section of Brisbane Water National Park between the villages of Patonga and Pearl Beach where we’ll share a delicious morning tea and maybe a swim!
