About The Adventure
We're excited to get together and acknowledge the importance of World Mental Health Day. Women Embrace Adventure is a huge advocate of the positive mental health benefits from exercise, nature and friendships so we thought we'd mark this important day by indulging in all three (and some delicious food afterwards).
About the adventure
