Women Embrace Adventure is excited to partner with the Philippa Anderson Surf School to  bring you an amazing surfing adventure! Come and connect with other like-minded women and take part in a morning of surfing instruction and finish off with a delicious morning tea on the beach.

Durig your lesson you will learn the correct ‘pop-up’ technique, how to ride a wave with the correct technique, how to wipe out safely, enter and exit the water, how to identify broken and unbroken waves.

With two instructors in the water helping, you can absolutely go at your own pace, ability and confidence level out in the water. Your qualified female instructors, with years of surf knowledge can also lend a hand in helping anyone overcome their nerves or fears of the ocean. There will be plenty of laughs and some wipe outs so get ready for an action packed, exciting adventure.

Everything for surfing is provided for you for including a soft surfboard, legrope, wetsuit, surf school rashvest and sunscreen ( if you have your own wetsuit- you are more than welcome to bring that along).
