About The Adventure
This adventure is a women’s only guided hike to beautiful coastal tidal pools in Munmorah State Conservation Area with your Women Embrace Adventure hosts leading the way. Its one of new favourite wanders and swimming spots.
Our adventure is a 6km Grade 3/4 guided loop walk to a gorgeous tidal pool on the edge of the magnificent Pacific Ocean. We'll walk about 4km through bushland and heathland enjoying coastal views of Catherine Hill Bay to find the beautiful rock pools. The tidal pools are a natural phenomenon, formed in the rocky sediment along the coastline. It's a beautiful spot to cool off and refresh in nature. We'll pack a light breakfast to eat after your swim or, if you'd prefer to stay dry, while you gaze out over the ocean. We'll return via a short 2km path to our starting point after our swim.
