About The Adventure

Join Women Embrace Adventure as we take on this popular part of the Great North Walk, the Jerusalem Track. We follow the track from Cowan Station down to the picturesque Jerusalem Bay on Cowan Creek, then climb up a series of ridges before descending down into historic Brooklyn. Throw in a stop at the famous Anglers Rest Pub to share a cold beverage and you've got a top day!

About the Hike: This is a fantastic one-way hike from Cowan train station to Brooklyn/Hawkesbury train station featuring loads of scenic vistas, a circumnavigation of Brooklyn Dam, and a chance to check out the local flora and fauna of the area.

This hike is graded 4/5 hard, and not for the beginner hiker,  but the beauty of the surroundings makes the hard work all worthwhile.
