Join us on this fantastic walk in Olney State Forest. We will start our hike at Pines Picnic Area and follow the Abbotts Falls Walking Track Circuit for approx 10 km. Included in your adventure is a delicious morning tea. It is a beautiful place and we hope you join us!

About The Adventure

Rainforest, waterfalls, babbling brooks, and maybe even a lyrebird or two, this hike is one of our all-time favourites!

The Abbotts Falls Walking Track is in the Onley State Forest and we start our walk amongst the dry eucalypt forest and wind our way downhill through damp gullies of bluegum and rainforest to a beautiful lookout before climbing out again to the Pines Picnic Area. We take an adventurous side trip where we have to use a rope to help us down a crevice  (this is safe and a lot of fun) to get to the bottom of the falls for morning tea- this is a beautiful spot to rest and restore before we head off on the second half of our hike.
