About The Adventure

Waratah Pop Up! NSW's elusive, much sought-after emblem is in full bloom right now...and the weather is looking perfect

Join us as we explore Glenworth Valley on our Women Embrace Mt Olive and Emerald Pool Hike! On this 10-km loop hike, we'll be on a quest to spy as many waratahs as possible. The waratah season is fleeting, and now's the time,  so pack your camera to snap some great pics of this beautiful flower.

We'll wander down to the creek, looking for some of the park’s many glossy black cockatoos and a honeyeater or two. We'll make a stop at the Emerald Pool, named for its deep green hue, for morning tea, then head back up the trail for more scenic vistas. After this lovely loop hike, we'll enjoy a healthy picnic lunch.

We hope you can join us.
