****ON TOUR! Friday Walk, Talk and Coffee at Carey Bay/Coal Point****

What better way to start the day than with an early morning walk with a bunch of fabulous women?

Join us for an early morning Friday Walk, Talk and Coffee through the neighbourhood, the bush, and the beautiful waterfront at Carey Bay, NSW.

It's an undulating 7.5 km walk on a paved walkway, bush track, and waterfront reserve along the beautiful Lake Macquarie shoreline. We'll finish off at our local cafe and buy a coffee/tea (beverage of choice) and have a chat and most likely a laugh- sometimes, we even stay for breakfast (at our own cost). 

If you do need to rush off after the walk, just grab a takeaway.

About the walk: Come along and meet us and chat with other like-minded women. No one gets left behind; we support all walkers. If in doubt, we always suggest you check with your doctor before starting a new physical activity. Your hosts are wilderness first-aid qualified. ​​

Meeting Point: The Goods Cafe, Laycock Street, Carey Bay, NSW.  Meet us at 6:25 am so we can head off at 6:30 am sharp. We'll send exact meeting details upon booking.

Cost: $10 per/person/Friday. This adventure includes your walk with a bunch of awesome women and a coffee/tea/beverage at a cafe after the walk.

VIP Members: This walk is included in the benefits for those who have joined our VIP Membership. Choose the VIP option when booking. 

​I haven't done this before, will I be fit enough?  This walk covers undulating terrain, there are hills, un-even ground and some stairs. We will cover 7.5km in approx 75 minutes.  If in doubt, drop us an email; we are happy to answer any questions you have. info@womenembraceadventure.com.au

What do I need to bring with me/wear?

-Wear a pair of joggers or hiking shoes

-Comfortable activewear

-Bring along a water bottle

-warm jacket  

-Bring a wet weather jacket in case of rain

-Hike poles (optional)

-Small Day pack to hold your belongings

Who is this walk for?  All Women Embrace Adventure Events are for women 18 years. Please leave your fur babies at home for this walk. 

I am coming on my own, is that ok? Not a problem at all! Lots of women come on their own to our adventures. Your Women Embrace Adventure host will introduce everyone before we set off on this beautiful walk. 

We always have lots of fun; there is no pressure, no judgment, and lots of encouragement from everyone. By the end of the walk, you may have just found some new adventure friends!
