We are hitting the road this week and walking on the on the western side of the lake -Carey Bay and Coal Point, right near Toronto! This 7.5 km walk has a bit of everything-paved paths, bush tracks, lakefront paths and a couple of hills. Finish off with a coffee and more chatting at our local cafe.

About The Adventure
What better way to start the day than with an early morning walk with a bunch of fabulous women?
Join us for an early morning Friday Walk, Talk and Coffee through the neighbourhood, the bush, and the beautiful waterfront at Carey Bay, NSW.
It's an undulating 7.5 km walk on a paved walkway, bush track, and waterfront reserve along the beautiful Lake Macquarie shoreline. We'll finish off at our local cafe and buy a coffee/tea (beverage of choice) and have a chat and most likely a laugh- sometimes, we even stay for breakfast (at our own cost).
If you do need to rush off after the walk, just grab a takeaway.
About the walk: Come along and meet us and chat with other like-minded women. No one gets left behind; we support all walkers. If in doubt, we always suggest you check with your doctor before starting a new physical…
