I haven’t done this before, will I be fit enough? This hike covers easy to moderate levels of terrain, the trail is undulating, there are a few hills, areas are flat and paved but there are a few moderate hills and stairs so we recommend having a moderate level of fitness so you can enjoy your surroundings. No one gets left behind, with 2 guides we will have one at the front and one at the end to support all hikers. This trail is not handicapped accessible at this time and pets are not allowed.
Do I need to bring anything with me? Just make sure you wear a pair of joggers or hiking boots, bring along a water bottle, a hat and sunscreen. We'll bring your morning tea and a first aid kit.
What if I don’t have anyone to go with? No problem at all, there are 2 Embrace Escape hosts to make sure everyone is introduced to everyone before we set off. By the end of the Hikenic we are sure you would have found some new friends.
