About The Adventure
What better way to start the day than with a brisk early morning walk with a bunch of awesome women? Come and join us for an early morning walk along the foreshore from Warners Bay every Friday in July. It's a flat 5-7km circuit on a paved walkway along the beautiful Lake Macquarie shoreline. We'll set a steady pace to get our heart rate up and finish off with coffee and a chat at the end. If you do need to rush off after the walk just grab a take away.
Meeting Point: Warners Bay Foreshore, exact location in confirmation email and text. Meet us just before 6:30 am so we can head off at 6:30 am sharp.
About the Event: We walk along shared footpaths thatThis walk covers easy, level terrain, is all flat and paved footpaths. As long as you can walk around the shops for an hour or so…
