About The Adventure
What better way to start the day than with a brisk early morning walk with a bunch of awesome women? Come and join us for an early morning walk along the foreshore from Warners Bay every Friday in August and if you cannot make every Friday chose the ones you can make. It's a flat 5-7km walk on a paved walkway along the beautiful Lake Macquarie shoreline. We'll set a steady pace to get our heart rate up and finish off with coffee and a chat at the end. If you do need to rush off after the walk just grab a take away.
Meeting Point: Warners Bay Foreshore, exact location in confirmation email and text. Meet us just before 6:30 am so we can head off at 6:30 am sharp.
