What better way to start the day than with a brisk early morning walk with a bunch of fabulous women?
Join us for an early morning Friday Walk, Talk and Coffee along the foreshore at Warners Bay.Â
It's a flat 7.3 km walk on a paved walkway along the beautiful Lake Macquarie shoreline. We'll set a steady pace to get our heart rate up and finish off with coffee and a chat at the end - sometimes, we even stay for breakfast. If you do need to rush off after the walk, grab a takeaway.
