Ever want to give the ancient art of Tai Chi a try? This is your chance!
Our Tai Chi instructor will lead us in a one-hour introductory session on the picturesque shore of Lake Macquarie.
We'll share a delicious morning tea, lots of conversation and some guaranteed laughter A great way to spend the morning!
