Embrace Newcastle Harbour Evening Walk and Wine

Check out the city lights and the buzz of Newcastle's working harbour with a group of like minded women! Enjoy a refreshing beverage, or even some dinner after the 5km walk at a waterfront restaurant. What better way to finish off a Thursday!

This adventure is a women’s only, evening guided walk along beautiful Newcastle foreshore

Meeting point: Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club, 95 Hannell St, Wickham, NSW. We'll send the specific meeting spot in your confirmation email.

About the walk: The is a hosted 5-6km walk along the waterfront, amongst the urban buzz of Newcastle foreshore. All paths for this easy walk are paved and relatively flat with a very few stairs.  Don’t worry we aren't in too much of a rush so just take your time, have a chat and enjoy the sights.  

About the Refreshing Beverage: After the walk we'll relax at NCYC waterfront restaurant Hooked and shout you a drink of your choice. We'll be staying for dinner and would love for you to join us too. (Dinner at own cost)

Cost: $25 per person including the guided walk, beautiful company and beverage of your choice. Payment due in full upon booking. Pay Pal or direct credit card accepted through our secure site.    

​ I haven’t done this before, will I be fit enough? This walk covers easy levels of terrain, most is flat and paved and only a few stairs. This adventure will suit all fitness levels. If in doubt, check with your doctor about your suitability. No one gets left behind with two Women Embrace Adventure hosts guiding the walk. We'll have one at the front and one at the end to support all walkers. 

​ Do I need to bring anything with me? Just make sure you wear a pair of joggers/walking shoes, bring along a water bottle, any personal medications you may need, and a jacket/jumper in case the evening is cool.

What if I don’t have anyone to go with? No problem at all, there are two Women Embrace Adventure hosts to make sure everyone is introduced before we set off. By the end of the walk we're sure you will have found some new friends. ​
