Women Embrace Adventure has partnered with the charitable organisation, Restore One, to bring you this women’s only, fully guided Cultural and Volunteer trip of a lifetime to Cambodia.

'This trip would have to be one of the most rewarding things that you will ever do in your life. It will awaken your senses and hurt your heart. It will make you wonder why or how humans can be so cruel to each other. But at the same time, you will meet people that have nothing to give but will open their hearts to you and greet you with a smile. You will see some of the most amazing wonders of the world in this country. You will see the pain and suffering that you would never even imagine. There will be times when you think your heart just can't take anymore. Then one of the locals will smile at you, and it all goes away.  But you will return a better person. Our goal is to raise funds to help Restore One Charity build a year 7 classroom and pay for teacher wages at their School in Kampong Thom Province.  We're dedicated to bringing a team of women together to make this happen!   

Whether travelling with a friend, a group or on your own, we give you the opportunity to see the real Cambodia in a supported, caring environment.  You'll get to make a big difference and see where your fundraising dollars are going when volunteering on different projects within the village.

As part of the trip, each participant pledges to raise $1200 AUD.  Don’t fret about fundraising; we’re here to help.  Most of our previous two teams were relieved by how easy it was to raise the funds by simply sharing on social media, and getting family, friends and co-workers excited about the trip.  All donations over $2 are tax deductible, and your donator will receive a tax receipt automatically via email.  Talk to Kat and Sharon if you have any questions; we have lots of suggestions on fundraising.

All funds go directly to our charitable partner Restore One through their Raisley Web-based platform.

Your Package Includes

• 14 nights twin share accommodation (Single supplement may be available at additional cost)

'I joined this trip to Cambodia not fully understanding the importance of what I was about to embark on or the emotional impact it would have on me. Advertised prices are per person, twin share and do not include return airfares/transport to start in Merimbula or required travel insurance.

Prices are correct as of 27 October 2022 and are subject to availability, withdrawal and change at any time without notice due to fluctuations in charges and currency. We reserve the right to change the price charge more based on the fluctuation of US Dollar. 

A non-refundable deposit of $900 per person is required to secure your booking.

Full price $3200.

You will be invoiced for the balance owing which is due 30 July 2023 and is payable via direct deposit, PayPal or credit card.

All current government safety and health guidelines at the time of booking and departure must be adhered to including all Covid-19 requirements. Any additional costs related to but not limited to government travel restrictions are the responsibility of the individual traveller and not Women Embrace Adventure. If this trip is undersubscribed or in circumstances where external events affect the viability or safety of this trip to go ahead, Women Embrace Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule and to exclude/remove any participants from this trip. Your booking is non-transferable.

Cancellation Fees Apply:

· Prior to 90 days before the trip departure, we reserve the right to charge any administration costs and any trip cost incurred by us prior to the time of cancellation

· Between 90-60 days before trip departure-75% Of the Adventure Cost plus any administration costs and any trip cost incurred by us prior to the time of cancellation

· Between 59-30 days before trip departure- 85% Of the Adventure Cost plus any administration costs and any trip cost incurred by us prior to the time of cancellation

· Within 30 days of the trip departure - 100% Of the Adventure Cost

· Once the trip has commenced, there will be no refunds granted.

· It is required that you have a purchased comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking and maintained through until the end of the adventure.
