Join us to explore spectacular views of both the coast and the lake. On this 10km walk we'll wander along coastal pathways, enjoy views of the lakes entrance to the sea and wind our way along the shoreline to grassy bushland trails before retracing our steps and enjoying a delicious morning tea.

About The Adventure
About the Adventure: Join us on this beautiful 10km walk along the Lake Macquarie entrance from Blacksmiths Beach to the recently re-named Miners Point (named in recognition of the coal mining families who lived here between 1915 and 1974). This walk offers stunning coastal views of Redhead and Swansea Heads, the breezy lakeside pathways of Swansea and grassland trails through Pirrita Island Reserve. We will enjoy spectacular views across the lake towards Naru Beach and Elizabeth Island from the Miners Point Lookout and finish off with a refreshing stroll along Blacksmiths breakwall before returning to our starting point for some home-baked goodies and refreshments.
