POP UP-Newcastle Chalk the Walk and Lunch

Join Women Embrace Adventure on this Spring morning walk through the streets of Newcastle! 

About the adventure

A terrific wander through the streets of Newcastle, join us to explore our own backyard for this fantastic art event. We'll admire the amazing concrete canvases and take a few cheeky photos on this 3D Art Trail. We'll walk approx 7 km and then share a delicious lunch at Momo Wholefood Cafe.

Details:

Date: Friday September 29th

Meeting Time: 10:00 am for a 10:15 start

Meeting Point: Wheeler Place, Hunter Street, Newcastle, NSW. More details on the meeting point will be sent in the confirmation email.  

Maximum Numbers: 10 plus your WEA guides

Fitness Level: for all fitness levels

Distance: we'll walk approximately 7 kms on mostly flat pathways 

Inclusions: 

• 7 km walk led by first aid qualified guides
• Lunch and drink at Momo Wholefoods Cafe
• Images of your adventure will be available for you to download after our adventure from our Facebook event page
• Guaranteed great day out with a great bunch of women!

Cost: $55 per person

What are the requirements for this adventure?

This event is for women over the age of 18

What do I need to wear/bring?

-comfortable walking clothes

-walking shoes 

-sunscreen

-any personal medications you may need (asthma puffer/epi-pen etc)

-waterproof jacket/umbrella (in case of cold/ wet weather)

-water bottle

How fit do I need to be? This adventure is for all fitness levels. 

What if I don’t have anyone to go with?  No problem at all! Lots of women come on their own to our adventures. Your Women Embrace Adventure host will make sure everyone is introduced before we set off on our walk. We always have lots of fun; there's no pressure, no judgment and lots of encouragement from everyone. By the end of the evening, you may have just found some new adventure friends!

Your booking is final once your payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent to you.

No refunds will be given but you can pay it forward to another lady over the age of 18. Please email us at least 24 hours before the adventure and provide her contact details. This is an all-weather event. If cancelled by Women Embrace Adventure, a credit or full refund will be provided.
